    There is no belt or grade tracking, no syllabus, no hours-to-grade calculation. This is the specific thing that would make Spottr worth switching to for a martial arts school, and it is not built.

    No recurring payment and no family or sibling accounts, which most schools need on day one.

Everything above is per person. A plan for a business does not exist, because the things a business would be paying for, memberships, recurring billing, waitlists, check-in, are the things listed under “not yet”. When it exists, its price will be a number on the pricing page.

Coming from Zen Planner or Kicksite?

Your own training history imports, a delimited file, with you confirming which column is which before a row is written, free and with no subscription first. A list of other people does not yet, and pretending otherwise would be the first broken promise. What there is either way: nothing to unpick if you change your mind. Everything you put into Spottr comes back out as a spreadsheet, on any plan, including one that has lapsed, with one click and no support ticket.

Bringing a list of people across is the biggest single blocker in this market, and it is being built. In the meantime there is something more useful than a promise: exactly which fields survive an export from your current platform, including the ones that do not, which is the list nobody else publishes.

You probably should not switch yet, and saying so is more use to you than a demo. This page exists so you can see the state of it honestly and decide when to look again. What is here today is a timetable and an attendance record; grading is named above as missing rather than implied by a screenshot.
