Your log is never sent to an AI model, never used to train one, and never sold. Not a feature we have not got round to, a line we are not going to cross. The full list of companies that touch your data is on the privacy page, it is short, and none of them is an AI company.
Today there is no AI in the product at all, no chatbot, no generated programme, nothing dressed up as a coach. Spottr does tell you what to lift next, and that is arithmetic you can check rather than a suggestion you have to trust. Hit last session’s prescription and it adds 2.5 kg, capped at 10% of the load and floored to what the plates in front of you can actually make. Miss it and it holds. Miss it 3 sessions running and it takes 10% off and calls that a back-off week. Same history in, same number out, every time, which is the part a generated plan cannot promise.
If that ever changes, these are the terms it changes on, and they are here so you can hold us to them: anything built on a model is opt-in, is never the default path through the app, and tells you exactly what is about to leave your device before it leaves. It would be about something you hand over on purpose, a photo of a programme, and never about your log.
What the venue price is not
Spottr does not collect your members' money.
A venue pays for the timetable and the roster. It is not buying a billing engine, and that distinction is the whole reason the number is A$15 rather than the A$150 to A$400 this category charges.
What a gym usually buys in this market is a billing engine with a schedule attached: memberships, recurring payment, failed-card retries, freezes, waitlists, late-cancel rules, check-in. Spottr has the schedule, the spot count, the bookings and the register. It does not have the billing engine, so it cannot be the system that collects your members' money, and it is not priced as though it were.
If that changes, the price changes with it and this page says so, with the payment processing rate and any platform fee stated next to the number.
