The terms

All of this is in the agreement you accept when you apply. It is here because reading it after you have promoted something is too late.
- Commission clears a payment behind
- A commission is held until that person’s next payment succeeds, which is what proves the last one was not charged back. For a monthly subscriber that is about a month. For an annual subscriber it is twelve. Nothing is clawed back later, because nothing is paid before it is certain.
- Payouts start at $50.00
- Cleared commission is paid by PayPal once the owed figure reaches $50.00. Below that it accrues rather than disappearing.
- Applications are reviewed
- You will be asked where your audience is and how you plan to promote Spottr, and given a short code to post so we can confirm the account is yours. Not every application is approved, and approval can be withdrawn if the terms are broken.
- You have to disclose the relationship
- Every post, video or story that carries your link says it is an affiliate or paid partnership, in the post itself, not in a bio or a linked page. This is the law in most markets and it is a condition here regardless of yours.
- What you may not do
- No bidding on Spottr as a brand keyword. No claiming to be Spottr or to speak for it. No promising results the product does not deliver, and nothing framed as medical, dietary or financial advice. No self-referral, and no incentivising signups that are not real people who want the product.
- Not started yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise
- Spottr has not opened to the public, and no commission has been paid to anyone because there is nothing to pay it on yet. Applying now means you are in the programme from the day it does open. If that is not what you are looking for, this is the right time to know it.
